Dr. Sutherland is a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS). His supervision style is developmental. Mrs. Sutherland is a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS). Her supervision style is discrimination.

Dr. & Mrs. Sutherland have experience providing Clinical Supervision for school and community-based counselors. Additionally, they provide Clinical Supervision for Master's, Specialist, and Doctoral Counseling Degree Graduates. Clinical Supervision will qualify a supervisee to pursue licensure as an Associate Professional Counselor (APC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Georgia. The Sutherland Center (TSC) utilizes a team approach for Clinical Supervision.

Supervisees must have their liability insurance and provide a copy of it annually. The policy should cover 1 million per individual claim/ 3 million aggregate per year.

Supervisees can obtain liability insurance from several agencies; however, we recommend:

Payment

Credit cards and Zelle (use number 770-853-6372 or email info@TheSutherlandCenter.com) are accepted for payment transactions. All payments are due at least 2-hours before the time of supervision.  An hour introductory meeting at the fee of $150.00 is required to determine "goodness of fit." 

Standard Individual Supervision Plan, $300 per month, includes:

• Individual, One-on-one Supervision
• Up to two supervisees (Paired)
• 3 hours of scheduled supervision per month

Unlimited Individual Supervision Plan $350 per month includes:

• Individual, One-on-one Supervision
• Up to two supervisees (Paired)
• 3 hours of scheduled supervision per month
• Unlimited attendance to TSC continuing education workshops (while under supervision; 12 ethics CEs offered per year) Prior communication is required.
• Unlimited calls between supervisions

Standard Group Supervision Plan $260 per month includes:

• 3 hours of scheduled supervision per month
• 3 - 5 supervisees per group

Unlimited Group Supervision Plan $310 per month includes:

• 3 hours of scheduled supervision per month
• 3 - 5 supervisees per group
• Unlimited attendance to TSC continuing education workshops (while under supervision; 12 ethics CEs offered per year) Prior communication is required.
• Unlimited calls between supervisions

Supervisees must supply a 30-day notice to switch plans; supervisees must complete a new agreement.

Clinical Supervision (Limit of 25 clock hours)

Supervisees can receive continuing education clock hours for formal supervision with a clinical focus. List start and end dates and the site where you received supervision, as well as the name and credentials of your supervisor. Supervisees will need a signed letter for documentation—a maximum of 25 contact hours per certification cycle for supervision.
